This looks very interesting and has the potential to take even after sales consumer engagement to a new level.

My biggest fear about tech advancement is that humans and government have not been able to keep pace with it and as a result, jobs have been wiped out. One area where jobs were plenty or could have been maintained was account management or after sales service or consumer engagement. But with AI and such tools, even those jobs are at risk. Not that this tool is anywhere close to the threat i am talking about but the potential for the tech and idea behind this 5 10 years down the line will have immense impact on human race.
