I had an opportunity to ride one of these in this years eve the other day at The Rose Parade in Pasadena, CA. There was a guy riding it I so was just asking him his opinion. He actually let me take a ride and he said he was extremely happy. After I rode it I must say, I'm absolutely sold. The only issue he has was that be discovered the front wheel was not true..or, it was bent. He called the company and was surprised that the owner of the company actually answered the phone. He took good care of him and corrected the issue .
