TapChat takes the world of instant messaging to another level. Normally, you can connect with everyone anywhere in the world and share text messages and pictures with them. But not with people you are connected on the same wi-fi with.
Normally those connected to Wi-Fi networks are enough to form a community already. Imagine a campus settings or a public place or office.
