Not that very useful in my own view

PROS :

• Makes your eyes usable during the warm/cold compress application.
• Provides comfort as you don't need to hold it around your eyes

CONS :

• Didn't disclose the chemical used in their heat packs - it might be dangerous when a leakage happens
• Requires a pledge of 59$ which is expensive for 1 usable heat restore
• No proper way of cleaning it. They didn't provide any information if their product is washable or not, this could be a concern in hygiene when others are using it.

To make it clear I think people who will only purchase this are people who are looking for convenience and has a extra bag of cash. Because I can do a warm compress on my eyes with a hot towel while I am lying down sleeping.
