Tutanota is a end-to-end encrypted email service that encrypts all data on the device and aims to provide secure electronic communication. This product/service can be a good alternative to mainstream email services for users who are concerned about the privacy and security of their data, and communications.

Tutanota is also open source and codes can be reviewed at Tutanota Github. While it does offer free services which is limited to 1 GB storage space, it also has options for premium and pro paid services with additional features and bigger storage space.

Tutanota can used on browsers and also has apps available for IOS and Android devices. Feel free to browse their website and see what they have to offer to determine if this can become your next secure electronic communications tool.

Pros:

It could be used on different operating systems, the app for example on Android and iOs
It is open source so everyone can see how it works and may improve the code

Pros :

It is an open source email service which means people can use it for free
It can be an alternative email service
It helps encrypt your data which makes it more secured
Available on iOS and Android devices

Cons :

Free version has a limited storage of 1 GB which i think is too small. You need to purchase on the upgraded version to avail bigger storage space

Pros:

Great alternative to mainstream email service which is open source.
Very compatible to Android and iOS devices.
Application is free with high level encryption and confidentiality to the user and its respective contacts.

Cons:

None for this great app.

Pros:

The best thing about this is security. No one wants their private emails and messages' information being leaked.
Of course, it is FREE and open to everyone who would like to improve the system
Compatible with both iOs and Android.

Cons:

The 1GB storage is quite small since today, almost all transactions are already done in emails. Paying for subscription fee would be costly

Pros :

It is an open source project where people can see the codes and can contribute if there's something wrong or should be fix
It is a cross-platform email service
It will encrypt your email data which is secured
It has a free service for everybody to try and test it

Cons :

The free service is only 1 GB which is small for an email services.

Tutanota automatically encrypts all your data on your device. Your mails as well as your contacts stay private.

Pros:

Provides encrypted mailbox for free.
It's an open source and forever free.
It has a strong encryption type service
You can easily communicate with any of your friends end-to-end encrypted.
It is available in web browsers so that you can view your mailbox anywhere and it is available in mobile apps both Android and iOs.

Cons:

Bigger storage is available only in pro version.
Nothing more I can see at the moment

This is something most useful and usable thing in daily life. Everyone using email service with a concern of "security".
Now that the solution 'Tutanota'.

Pros:-

open source service, anyone can creatively improve the codes.
more user attracted as it is open source software.
compatible for both of Android and iOS platform.
end to end encryption provide effective users privacy security, it is the most important thing today.
simple UI make it user friendly.
all that great advantages are for free.

Cons:-

limited 1 GB storage space. You have to pay for premium or pro service for more storage space and more facilities. (Well it's logical.)

Pros:

It's Opensource. It's a community involvement in terms of its development.
It's secure and cares about its user's privacy and confidentiality

Cons: A lot of them

It's very limited in terms of its database capacity per user.
And because of that, people will have the option to become a premium user or a pro user offered with much more bigger storage for data
Not the first end-end encryption type of an email service. Sounds like Protonmail...

What something great here is encrypted, which means it is free for all
The system is user-friendlyand good privacy protector
A brilliant alternative to any other mails.

Biggest advantage will be its end to end encryption as it is something we want today with data brokers doing their best to steal the data.
Easy to use and simple graphical user interface is also appreciable.
Security of data is the thing that is focused on mainly
Provide a support for business organisations with different versions.

Runs on various platform such as Android, iOS, Web so it's easy to use for everyone.
Open source -it means everyone can know its source code and developers can contribute to its development
Available in many languages which enables users around to use it easily.

Cons:

If don't want to deploy by yourself you have to pay Tutanota in order to use it for your business

Being an open source platform with free services is worth opt in for.
A big plus for the end-to-end encryption.

Being an open source product, it gives it more chance of growth and improvement through users suggestions
It gives highly reputable companies the opportunity to communicate privately to their clients.
It is fast and more flexible than the existing mail services.
Being a cloud app, your data is secured and can't get lost.

Cons:

The Storage allowed would limit users from picking it over other mailing service.
The premium prices are high compared to the privacy service they are offering.
