Anyway, to each their own belief. I prefer looking at the struggles Medium had and learn from them, rather than thinking that thousands and thousands cross-posted posts every hour increase the value.
Steemhunt as a "quality" platform still has a lot to be worked on but I can tell you things were much worse not so long ago.
I truly belief the purpose and idea of this tool is well meant. But maybe talk with @themarkymark and/or @patrice and ask them what will happen with the tool and what is the average quality. At least the premium model is a spam deterrent.
If steem2wls is used to post spam or plagiarism implementing a blacklist is always possible.
