This would certainly create quite an effect, the price for a venue or wedding supply business for example would be ok. they would make good money renting it out for occasions. Plenty of options for custom designs.

I don't know if it's exactly the same technology, but I've seen there is a new system of digital water fountains (if that's how they are called) in Bucharest too. And yes, they include a dancing lady, created with water and light effects I think.
