This laptop is so laggy ! A consistent pain of gamers who tries to play the latest games using their Macbook or Laptop which has an integrated graphics card.
GREAT NEWS ! Akitio Node Pro could be your answer to enhancing your gaming experience. Being one of the first external GPU ( eGPU ) which was build to take advantage of the Thunderbolt 3 connectors in Macbooks , it is a practically plug and play for Macbook owners .

- Its comes with Dual Thunderbolt 3 ports
- A DisplayPort for use with an additional monitor
- A 500W SFX power supply
- 1 PCIe slot full-length, full-height and double-width cards
- 4 lane PCI Express 3.0 compliant interface
It also comes with a retractable carry handle
Design for ease of installation and does not require any tools to get it installed.
One of the things which is a plus point of this device is that its not black in color like in the previous models. meaning it would not be a fingerprint magnet and with a steel color look, it would look great on your desktop with its sleek design.
By having 2x thunderbolt 3 connectors, it allows you to daisy-chaining with other suported Thunderbolt 3 devices. Also comes with a external display port which you can connect to an additional display making it a great feature to have especially when playing games on a larger screen.
Overall
Its one of the best eGPU cases out there however it is a pretty heavy pricetag for just a GPU enclosure however for a Macbook user who wants to get back into the gaming scene , this would be a great alternative instead of buying a new gaming desktop.
