Every single word of your post is true and perfect. Being present and aware of our surroundings is the best way to be focused and healthy. Thoughts are the main cause of the uneasiness and diseases inside us, if we can learn how to control them. there will be no need of medicines. Walking is the best exercise for all the age group people.
