Warm up routine: Train without injuries!

Hey Steemians,

this warm up routine is inspired by my boxing coach who was an olympian boxer and trainer for the olympic boxing team of Syria.

I integrate this warm up in my daily workouts. Some of the benefits compared to a stationary bike etc. are:

  • you warm up your whole body by mobilizing all joints.
  • you are getting mentally challinged by the small coordination exercises.
  • less injury danger because of mobilized joints.

Additions:

  • Do this routine twice in a row or double the length of every exercise.
  • Wear warm clothes during the warm up when it is cold.
  • Don`t tire out during the warm up, because you need your energy for the warm up. Keep the intensity during the warm up low.
