Maybe you checked too early, or steem-engine api may have had a delay. Sometimes, steem-engine account history function doesn't work well. happened at least three times before within a month. In that case, there is nothing that @steemfinex can do. keychain wallet also can't show history either even though it was actually sent. So there is nothing for you to wait a bit longer. Based on my experience, there was no problem on steem-engine balances so far. (only history problems).
But so far there has been no single accident from @steemfinex's side. Thank you!
