TLDR:
After a little dip on the beginning of the week, new attendees have risen again and are over 10 per day now! It almost seems like a real market with ups & downs.
This week I had some chats with new speakers.... For example @dollarvigilante is coming to Amsterdam! Furthermore I had a meeting with Julie, chief programmer of The Next Web conferences for some tips on setting up the program. Great insights.
Last friday I joined a panel at the 11th edition at TodaysArt Festival afternoon symposium with the topic 'Decentralize!' in which I did a little presentation about Steemit, the blockchain, the community and SteemFest!
Earlier this week I had a phonecall with @aaronkoenig as I will attend and present the upcoming BXB meetup in Berlin to talk about SteemFest and Steem in general. It will be a 24hr in and out of Berlin, going by train so I can get some work done. (Writing the script for SteemFest most probably).
Together with @firepower we finetuned the list of volunteers helping out at some crucial tasks during the event and then on monday night I got surprised by @samether's Steem Silver Ring in the mailbox :)
Plus this week I started more serious trading to convert into SBD and got the Poloniex account verified. Very useful as now more serious amounts can be withdrawn and sold. Also many sponsorships and support tickets rolled in! I hope I don't forget anyone, but thank you (in random order): @smooth, @pharesim, @bhuz, @val, @clayop, @lafona, @steempty, @blueorgy, @blueorgy for your donations this week! We are getting there!
Next to this it was again all about short nights, many chats in Steemit.chat and then today I could happily announce a new batch of names for SteemFest.

I actually just posted my steemfest progress update only 20 minutes ago, we're unsure if we are going to be able to raise the funds and if its practical for me to leave the country in the next 6 weeks :(
We want to show our support though, and make sure any funds raised towards sending me to steemfest can at least contribute something to help make this happen for others..

that's the best! be sure to double check he / she has booked a 'twin bedded' if you want to have seperate beds, otherwise act fast to change into a twin bedded because they only have a couple left.

If you don't know where to book your flight, a friend of mine is offering his online travel agency to let you do so.
First, search that website www.agenciadeviajesvirtual.com
