Fortunately, Metropolitan Bank / Bitpay seems to be on the ball and the risk minimal, highly regulated in the US and are playing by the rules. They could do a bit more to let you know your sensitive data is encrypted (which is likely is) like protecting that field with asterisks instead of plain clear text.
