The general idea is to provide a personalized, customizable Steemit experience. I liken the idea to a Steemit + Myspace + Medium where you can create custom, sharable views of the growing Steemiverse as it gets bigger than Steemit.com can support by itself. It also tests features commonly requested by Steemians, hence why I started with custom feeds.
