We will establish solid rules, just the same way it is currently working on Utopian. There are easy ways to spot spam and as I explained, the use will auto-regulate, if too many users and rewards go small, some will stop using it and it will go higher, some people with reuse it, etc. Offer and demand, simply. Same system than Utopian, once again.
I definitely like this idea. I'm still figuring out how to use the extension. Plus, haven't figured out the differences between Steemit and busy. Utopian looks pretty dang cool, and I intend to bring my own open source projects onto it, so thanks for the reminder.
