Wow finally!! After 3 weeks of seriously sleepless nights trying to search everywhere for the right info and advice nearly threw my lap top at the wall and sobbed like a baby at the age of 42 just because I was so desperate to learn so i could simplify this for a load of other people that are coming in. The weight is now so much lighter and this link will get posted into our discord room where I have been simplifying everything that I have come across. Thank you so much. You are welcome in my mission to find out more I came across your material very well presented and now I have this link pinned to my Discord channel because I have been creating an educational channel for a team build of talent scouters and new people so i have gone through a crazy learning curve but surrounded my self by a few good people yesterday to take the load. And what I want to do is just 5 to 10 minute elephant bite size pieces so thank you again we need people like you reaching out because we are the new blood and I see to many newbies making mistakes here loads. Im fortunate that im a pretty smart fella but yesterday i have to admit i was almost sobbing in tears lol
