A lot of people are joining steemit but they don't know anything how to use content here. Though this is very basic thing yet majority of the people joining this platform have the 'get rich quickly' mindset. For these people, if steemit post short tutorial vidoes of 1-2 minutes at their home page, they can stop spamming to a great extent. I'm convinced, spamming can't be eradicated 100%.
