Seriously these posts earn nothing compared to the payments we removed from scammers every day. That money goes back into the reward pool and benefits all honest people.

Yes. If we don't people can just flag them and hide them. Upvoting them with low power (that's only like a 1% and 4% vote) keeps most people from being able to hide them. The rewards from these upvotes are distributed to people that report abuse.
