THE LORD OUR STRENGTH

Basic Scripture:

Psalms 144:1 (KJV)
"Blessed be the LORD my strength, which teacheth my hands to war, and my fingers to fight".

Because He lives, I can face tomorrow. Because He lives, our fear is gone. And now I know, yes I know He holds the future. And life is worth a living just because He lives. Indeed the Lord Almighty has been faithful to us even in our unfaithfulness. It's always a privilege to have counted among the graced ones.

we have come to the understanding that as Christians we have many battles we need to conquer before we enter the kingdom of God. When we face persecutions from others, were do we turn to? Do we fight back or ask for strength from God to endure? God is so much aware of whatever battle we are facing. All we have to do is to go to Him in prayer for strength to be able to endure till the end.

Brethren, our Christian lives will be difficult if we try to fight this battle on our own. It's important to pray to God for His presence to strengthen us each new day. The problems come each and everyday of our lives but if do not ask for strengthen from the Holy Spirit, we might fall on the way. Whenever we face challenges beyond us, let's pray for Holy Spirit to gives you strength to overcome

YOU ARE THE BELOVED CHILD OF GOD

Romans 8:16-17 (KJV)
The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God: And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together

In spite of the widespread knowledge that the Christian is the child of God, not all Christians have come to know the depths of the riches of this amazing identity. You must always be elated about your identity as a child of God. You are the child of God because God begat you with His own seed, which is the word of truth. He chose you so that you will become a member of His own family. Your status in God's family was His deliberate plan which He devised in Christ Jesus. Glory!

"Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God. (1 John 3:1)”

Do you feel the wonderment in the great apostle’s words? How great is the love the Father has lavished on you, that you should be called the child of God! And that's exactly what you are. You are the begotten of the Father. You were born not fashioned necessarily, as in the first man, Adam. You have become as your Father in nature so now you can walk as your Father in all of His perfections.

As the child of God, you are part of a rich family. A family of superstars who shine as light on earth. You are amongst the richest people on earth. It just has to be because you are an heir of God and a joint-heir with Christ. Unlike earthly fathers who bequeath calculable, limited inheritance to their seed, you have an immeasurable inheritance.

This inheritance is God Himself given to you for your enjoyment. What more could you need? This inheritance ushers you into kingship to dominate all things. It is the only inheritance worth having, all others are fleeting and unsatisfying. This inheritance is eternal and comes with no sorrow whatsoever. Beloved, enjoy your glorious bounties as the child of God. Enrol the world into this family by sharing God’s love to them.

I am the child of God. I have the nature of my Father. I lack no good thing because the creator of all things is my Father who is in me. I know who I am in this world. I am a king dominating all things. I walk in reality, love, and dominion always.

Even if our strength fails us, the Holy Spirit will never fail us but will rather comfort us and bring to our remembrance all that we have learnt from our teacher Jesus as stated in John 14:26, "But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you".
