Interestingly, when Jesus was talking with his disciples on the night of his arrest, he referred to the Holy Spirit as the "Helper" or "Comforter" (John 14:16, 26, 15:26), which is why the Spirit is spoken of Holy as the "Paraclete", which is the one that comes to our side to exhort and encourage us.
