The supporters need to know this. Knowing it doesn't make them less obligated to distress. Yet, it makes them less powerless in distress. Presently they realize that even the jeering delight of the executioners is a piece of God's arrangement. What's more, Jesus is stating to them: Though it is certain, it will be short.

I strongly agree with this. Though we see tribulation, we should be of good cheer because christ has overcame the world.
