If their vision is noble and righteous, a good leader will have no trouble handing over control to someone better placed to achieve success. Any leader who does not understand this concept, is not fit to be a leader.

Well said SK, you are an example of this. If we recruit people with a spirit of working in the Church, imagine where we would go.
