Great post and needful information. On one side we have the flesh the other side we have bondage (the demonic). You cannot cast out the flesh and conversely you cannot crucify demonic oppression.

I have seen in the last 15 years I started to see deliverance ministries popping up all over the place. Many or most of these places are making people worse. Beacuase many times there is no true and deep repentance and
Mat 12:44 Then he saith, I will return into my house from whence I came out; and when he is come, he findeth it empty, swept, and garnished.
Mat 12:45 Then goeth he, and taketh with himself seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter in and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first.
People who are prayed for wind up much worse off! The idea is to not have something for legal entrance by the demonic.
Repentance needs to be taught. Holiness and righteousness!
