What will you do to find the truth and long lasting happiness?

ISAIAH 91:10
I will greatly rejoice in the Lord , my soul shall be joyful in my God; for he hath clothed me with the garments of salvation, he hath covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decketh himself with ornaments, and as a bride adorneth herself with her jewels.
PSALMS 92:4
For thou, Lord , hast made me glad through thy work: I will triumph in the works of thy hands.

Happiness- Gladness or Joy

• Certainly happiness is that mankind always sought
• People all around us are seeking the the way of true happiness

They are seeking happiness in

• Materialsm
• Pleasure
• In teir work
  But all of this are temporary

DOES GOD WANTS US TO BE HAPPY?
In JOHN 5:11
These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full.

Why some people doesn't found the long lasting happiness?

I will give you some of the reason why they didn't find the long lasting happiness

• They seek in the wrong way
• They seek it in all the wrong places
• They seek wordly things

HOW COULD WE FIND THE LONG LASTING HAPPINESS

1 Having a good relationship with God

• Draw Near to the Lord, No one will ever find the true and Lasting happiness, it from God.
• Relationship with God is the easy relationship. Only God can truly gives us true satisfactions in Life.
• If you are a christian and you are not happy it might be something wrong with your relationship with God.
• It might be you have forsaken the your first love.
  REVELATION 2:4
  Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love.

2 FILLING OUR MINDS WITH RIGHTEOUS THOUGHTS

• If we want happiness we must fill our hearts with what is right, Noble, lovely, pure, admirable, and praiseworthythoughts,
• fill our hearts with happy and uplifting thoughts.
  PHILIPPIANS 4:8
  Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.

3 ** PURGE ANGER AND BITTERNESS FROM OUR HEARTS**

• Many of us is struggling with anger. It can stem from variety of reasons. And some anger seems justifiable.
• If you are harbouring anger and bitterness aginst someone, then its time to let go of it and forgive.
  MARK 11:25
  And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.

Once we let go of anger and bitternes that have been festering up in our life. Then sunshine of joy will rise up again and brings happiness back to our life.

Conclusuon:
To find Lastind happinness we must have a right relationship with God. We must fi our hearts and minds with a righteous thoughts and we must purge anger and bitterness with our hearts.
