We will talk about the things that make life complicated.
I think we will see very good advice that will help us improve the quality of our life.
These days for some are days of greater bitterness and when they make wrong decisions, they run to the false door (suicide inclusive) believing to end their problems, but what they do not know is that their problems begin when they make those decisions and those problems they are eternal, since not only the physical life is embittered, but also the spiritual one.
God created us with a definite purpose and that purpose is to give praise and honor with our life, the people who make these decisions is because they have not achieved happiness in their lives, or because something oppresses them.
This time we will see some tips to achieve happiness and stop regretting what happens to us and steals peace in our lives and peace and tranquility for our soul. These Councils, if you put them into practice, will help you to be happy in life.
Biblical texts:
Psalm 68: 3 - But the righteous will rejoice; they will rejoice before God, and they will leap for joy.
Proverbs 15:15 - All the days of the afflicted are difficult; But the happy heart has a continuous banquet.
Philippians: 4: 4 - Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I say: Rejoice!
Proposition: Tips to be happy
I. STOP LIVING IN THE PAST
a) You can never be happy, unless you learn to forget the past.
- Forget all your mistakes, trips and slips.
- Forget your disappointments, contempt, failures and sufferings.
- Forget your poverty, lack and hunger.
b) Remember that in Christ you are, or you can become a new creature.
- The Bible says that all old things happened. (2 Corinthians 5:17) So if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creature; old things happened; behold, all are made new.
- The Bible says that all things are made new.
c) God has forgiven you for all your sins in Christ Jesus.
- Forgive yourself, God already forgave you.
- Leave the feeling of guilt that torments you and prevents you from being happy.
- Leave the feeling of unworthiness that does not let you be happy.
II. STOP SAVING RENCOR
a) You can not be happy unless you learn to forgive others.
- The grudge destroys you little by little.
- Resentment makes you unhappy
b) The lack of forgiveness is a deadly poison that ends happiness.
- When you are full of resentment, nothing satisfies you.
- When you live without forgiving the one who offended you, you deprive yourself of happiness.
c) It is important to remember that if God has forgiven you, you must forgive.
Forgive those who have hurt you intentionally. (Mark 11:25) And when you are praying, forgive, if you have anything against anyone, so that your Father who is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.
Forgive those who have hurt you indirectly. Only then you can experience happiness, do not continue harboring grudges in your heart, a heart that does not forgive can not be happy, dedicate yourself once and for all to forgive so that you can be happy.
III. STOP LOOKING FOR HAPPINESS WHERE THERE IS NO
Reflection: What good is it to seek God in holy places if where you have lost it has been in your Heart?
a) Do not try to find happiness in people. (Do not trust the man)
- People disappoint you sooner than you think.
- People make you suffer when you least expect it.
- People can not make you happy, happiness is in you, not in others.
- Stop blaming others for your sadness and unhappiness
b) Do not try to find happiness in pleasures. "There are those who have a womb for God" (Philip 3:19, the end of which will be destruction, whose god is the womb, and whose glory is their shame, who only think of the earthly).
- You will not find happiness living in filth. Vices can not give you happiness, alcohol, drugs, tobacco, they will never give you happiness.
- You will not find happiness living in immorality. Dancing, eroticism and pornography will not give you happiness, fornication, adultery and prostitution can not make you happy.
c) Do not seek to seek happiness in sin.
- Sin the only thing that can bring you is destruction. (John 10: 10a) The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it in abundance.
- Sin, the only thing that brings you is death. (Romans 6:23) For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
d) Do not try to seek happiness in material things.
- Money can not give you happiness, on the contrary.
- The goods can not give you happiness. (Mat.6: 33 Seek first the kingdom of God and ...) Happiness is in Jesus, the Son of God.

IV. STOP COMPARING WITH OTHERS (have a good concept of yourself) You are before God, equal to anyone.
a) It is never good to compare yourself with others. There will always be someone better than you or worse than you. Economically there will always be someone richer than you or poorer than you. Socially there will always be someone with better or worse relationships than you. Maritally there will always be someone with a better or worse husband or wife than you. The results of comparing yourself with others are tragic and adverse.
- You are filled with envy before those who are in a better condition than you.
- And of vanity before those who are worse off than you.
- You are filled with bitterness when you can not be at the level of the rich.
Be yourself, do not compare yourself with others or try to imitate them. - You can be happy being yourself, but having Christ in your heart putting your faith in Him
- You can achieve happiness in this life right now, by accepting Jesus. Jesus is the principle of happiness.

b) You are a special being, (a special person).
You must understand that you are a unique being, with all your faults, (because you have them) and with all your virtues. The Lord accepts you as you are and with what you have, He knows everything about you and still loves you.
Illustration: Of the $ 20 bill.
A well-known speaker started his seminar holding a $ 20 bill. In a room of 200 people, he asked, "Who would like to have this ticket?"
Many hands got up. He told them, "I'm going to give this $ 20.00 bill to one of you, but first, let me do this." He proceeded to crumple the bill.
Then he asked, Who still wants it? "Even many raised their hands. "Well," he replied, "How about I do this?" And he threw it to the floor and started stomping on it with his shoe. He picked it up, now all wrinkled and dirty. "Now, who wants it?" Even they raised their hands.
My friends, you have already learned a lesson of great value. No matter what I do to the money, you still want it because that did not diminish its value. They were still $ 20.00.
Many times in our lives, we are thrown away, wrinkled, and crushed on the ground by the decisions we make and the circumstances that come in our direction. We feel like we do not have value. But no matter what happened or what will happen, you will never lose your courage in the eyes of God. For Him, dirty or clean, wrinkled or bent, you are still very valuable to Him.
Psalm 17: 8 says that God will keep us "as the apple of his eye."
THOUGHT: The value of our lives does not come from what we do or what we are, but from what HE HAS DONE FOR US!
You are special to Him - never forget!
CONCLUSION
Stop living in the past, stop holding a grudge, stop looking for happiness where there is none, stop comparing yourself with others.
APPLICATION
God wants you to look for things above, above all things, how do you say?
God wants you to be happy, but happiness you will not find anywhere or in any other, but in Him, who has the Son, has life, who has Jesus their burdens are lighter, who has Jesus can rest, who has Jesus has peace and that peace surpasses all understanding.
Having Jesus, is the principle of happiness, do you already have it? If you do not have it, do not leave this place without having decided to invite it to enter your heart.
Many times obeying God does not bring us happiness. Think of Jesus. Jesus did not want to die (Luke 22:42). Do you think Jesus was happy when they were killing him? Of course not! But what does the Bible say? He says that "[...] for the joy set before him he suffered the cross [...]" (Hebrews 12: 2). Jesus was joyful and he was suffering too! Joy is what motivates us to obey God, even when obeying does not make us happy. It would probably bring happiness to your life to kill the neighbor's dog that barks every night at 3am. But obeying the command to love your neighbor goes beyond what would make you happy, for example.
DR
What is happiness?
No matter where you look for the definition of happiness, the definition has to do with:
"The mood of the person who is fully satisfied to have what you want or enjoy a good thing"
The primary difference between joy and happiness is that one is a state of mind and the other a state of mind. This state of mind is ephemeral, since it depends on material goods, circumstances or people who have to do with the above. If material good is damaged, if circumstances change or if someone betrays us, our mood changes and we stop being happy.
for me happiness is to always stay in God, and keep his word
True Happiness
Luke 11:27-28
Having Jesus, is the principle of happiness.
I agree with you, not just that though, but also, reading the word of God, will build that happiness from in within
Thanks for sharing this with us, I strongly support you on this "God wants you to be happy, but happiness you will not find anywhere or in any other, but in Him, who has the Son, has life, who has Jesus their burdens are lighter, who has Jesus can rest, who has Jesus has peace and that peace surpasses all understanding."
We all want to be happy, but sometimes trying to find happiness can be a struggle. Often times we search for it in all the wrong places or ways, when the answer is much simpler- God. "Happy are the people whose God is the Lord" Psalm 144:15. The Bible guides us to happiness through God's Word!
Trying to be patient and fearful of bad actions and their consequences is what we should prioritize in our lives, to avoid our death in spirit.
Happiness is very important in one's life. If you are not happy, you cant make someone around you to be happy. God cant move closer to someone that is sad, so whatever you may be passing through, whatever your situation, try to be happy, God is in control.
leave behind the bad moments and keep going, with your eyes on God, at that moment I feel happiness
The soul can only find happiness in Christ
