8 Jehovah will fulfill his purpose in me;
Your mercy, O LORD, is forever;
Do not forsake the work of your hands.

If there is something to which we as believers should cling in faith, knowing that we were chosen from before the foundation of the world, it is to these two affirmations that the psalmist declares: "Jehovah will fulfill his purpose in me". We must be clear that on the road that leads to this destination called "purpose", we will find dead ends where we will have to go back and forth, to resume the course of our lives; arid lands, where it is necessary to cross, valleys of shadow of death, where we will have to overcome fear, mountains so high, that they will be difficult to climb, but in the middle of everything we can face, we have a guarantee and it is the second declaration of faith enclosed in this verse "your mercy, O Jehovah's forever," the same one that manifests itself when the Father identifies a son that no matter what he has to cross his path, he has a heart to reach the glorious goal that a human being can experience: the purpose of God in his life, this is the primordial reason why we should not faint even when we slip, stumble, make mistakes, get out of the way or at times lose our way, we should never give up, much less accept failure.
He will always manifest his mercy and activate a plan to guide you to your purpose, so, if today you feel you have lost the north, and you find yourself without direction and direction, if you feel that your strength is exhausted and you can not do more, there are good news: cry out for that mercy of Jehovah that is forever, that which is renewed every morning and has been poured out on your life, He does not forsake the work of His hands.
We have powerful weapons in our hands to cry out for the mercy of our Father.
Let us make the most of them, believing in faith that He, in His infinite mercy, will take pity on all of us.
