To sin is to do something that displeases God. Every person born in the world is a sinner. Even the most beautiful and innocent-looking baby would inevitably sin, because it is not the first sinful action that makes the child a sinner, but the child commits sin because it expresses the sinful nature with which he is born

"Behold, in wickedness have I been formed, and in sin my mother conceived me." (Psalm 51: 5)

Natural life is sinful because it focuses on oneself instead of on God. The wishes and intentions of a child focus on itself. He is determined to please himself and have his wishes fulfilled. The essence of the problem is that, by nature, we want to please ourselves. When we act naturally, as a result of the selfish nature with which we are born, we inevitably sin and displease God.

"For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God" (Romans 3:23).

Sin not only displeases God but also separates the people He has created from the glory He intends for them. This demonstrates the destructive nature of sin. Sin separates man from God. Sinners are alienated from Him, they do not know Him, they can not enjoy communion with Him either. From birth each one is separated from God. If this were not so, every man, woman and child would know God naturally.

Everyone is responsible for their own sin

" So then, each of us will give an account of ourselves to God." (Romans 14:12).

We have all sinned and we have preferred selfishness to love God first of all. God wants us to stay away from sin and live.

"20 El que peca es el que morirá.El niño no compartirá la culpa del padre, ni compartirá la culpabilidad del niño. La justicia de los justos les será acreditada, y la maldad de los malvados será acusada contra ellos.
21Pero si una persona malvada se aleja de todos los pecados que han cometido y guarda todos mis decretosy hace lo que es justo y correcto, esa persona seguramente vivirá; ellos no morirán
22 Ninguna de las ofensas que han cometido será recordada contra ellos. Debido a las cosas justas que han hecho, vivirán.
23 ¿Disfruto la muerte de los malvados? dice Jehová el Señor . Más bien, ¿no estoy contento? cuando se vuelven de sus caminos y viven?" (Ezekiel 18: 20-23)

Man chose to sin against God's desire. God knew the consequences of that decision, but gave man the right to choose. Today we still have a choice, either to remain in our sin and therefore continue in our separation from God, or to accept Jesus as our Savior and Lord. Jesus sacrificed his life so that we can be saved from the guilt, consequences and power of sin. God can not have a relationship with a person who has sinned even once, because he is holy.

God has provided a way for our sin to be annihilated and taken away. If we take this path, then God can come and come back to have a relationship with us. This is what we as human beings were created for. That is why our hearts feel empty when we have no relationship with the one true God.

God wants us to know Him, to know His will for us and, for His sake, to be prepared to fulfill his purpose for us. He wants us to be part of his Kingdom and to become his children. First, our sins must be forgiven. Second, the sinful nature with which we were born must be killed and we must be born again.

"Respondió Jesús: "En verdad te digo que nadie puede entrar en el reino de Dios a menos que haya nacido del agua y del Espíritu. 6 La carne da a luz la carne, pero el Espíritu [ a ] da a luz al espíritu. 7 Usted no debería sorprenderse al decir: 'Usted [ b ] debe nacer de nuevo'." (John 3: 5-7)

Then we will have a new nature and we will be able to know God and enjoy communion with Him.
