HOW TO OVERCOME SOLITUDE

It is very important personal relationships of each individual of society, mostly social beings, since we came to this world (we are born) we need help to survive and in turn learn to socialize. When we suffer from loneliness, it often affects us in such a way until the psychic system is affected.
There is a theory of attachment that makes a lot of reference to the way we are treated as our upbringing exists, since as we evolve we can come to the conclusion that this marks us as we relate or link with others by the challenge of our life.
Many times we think that lack of affection and company does not mean anything, but it plays an important role in our life and for most of the individuals it is a big problem, because this leads us to that few learn to manage loneliness at the moment it's our turn.
The poorly managed loneliness has many side effects and devastating in the individual, when this happens you can say that the person begins to suffer from severe diseases such as cancer or depression.
People can be alone because of desires or circumstances of life.
Each one of us will have a different way of processing solitude, this is how the key is found and the difference of how we will live solitude, many times we are alone we can feel alone and we can enjoy the loneliness or suffer from it; we are going to notice two very marked factors that will allow us to see the perception of reality which are: perception and acceptance, everything will depend on our explanatory style in the way we see things.
One of the parts that is most painful for loneliness is when we feel guilt or fear, freeing ourselves from that bad thoughts can be said that the fact that we are alone allows us to relax, contemplate what happens to us every day.
WE WILL APPROACH SOME USEFUL SUGGESTIONS TO ATTACK ALL THE EXPERIENCE OF SOLITUDE, WHICH WILL SUPPORT US SO THAT WE CAN OVERCOME SOLITUDE.

  • We must relate to ourselves, it is the principle and the most important, the inner world can not be abandoned. devote a few minutes a day to reflect on what has happened reviewing is daily activity, this will help us not to feel anxiety as we are constantly thinking and reflecting.
  • re interpret the concept we have of loneliness and we can think that it is a moment of inner peace we use it as relaxation.

Take the initiative if it's time to live in solitude, let's learn to face it and maybe this will give us the opportunity to meet new people, being able to rescue links that we have forgotten.
if at some point we feel that loneliness is stalking us we should exercise, go to the dentist, to the hairdresser, all this will help us improve the good sense of humor, this will arise a greater attractiveness less rejection we will have ..
we reach the conclusion that we can avoid solitude and if not, we learn to carry it, being able to consider it more a teacher than an aggressor, more friendly than an ally that disturbs us. Here is the saying that we can not forget that many times it is better to be alone than badly accompanied.
