STEEMCHURCH: BUILDING ON THE SOLID FOUNDATION# PART1

Our today's topic was very interesting and i want to share with you. A solid foundation is important to any building, road or physical structure. No good builder will erect a structure without considering the quality of the foundation. It is well known that to have a high quality of life, a person is required to build a foundation which should be solid. If the is not strong , it will not be able to withstand stress which will surely lead to structural defects and eventual collapse. This christian race is one that requires the believer to stake his/her eternity on truth which is the word of God. In Matthew: 7:21-27, Jesus gave an illustration on persons who build on sand and on rock. The Bible compares living the christian life constructing a building. Just as tnere are phases in building a building, there are phases in the growth of a christian with "laying a solid foundation." Our salvation experience is the beginning of a process of christian growth unto maturity that lasts a lifetime. Jesus is the worthy foundation that we can build our lives upon because he is the chief cornerstone ( Ephissians 2:19; 1Peter. 2:6-7). Jesus is a strong, study, reliable and only access to God (John. 14:6). The wise believer build his/her life on the basis of the word of God. Our nextdiscussion will be questions and discussion on considering how we can buil on a solid foundation.
