Before you can lay down rules and call them secrets to success you have to understand the different needs and different situations of different individuals. People who have attained success have done so through different means, each with an element of originality in their lines of action.

One indeed need to learn himself or herself. Really what works effectively for one mutant work for others. Although I will say that there are common denominator from every success story but still approach might differ.
