My dear brothers and sisters of @Steemchurch today I want to talk a little about what I have been meditating for many days and the Lord has been talking about effective communication, although I write constantly here, my experiences of life, there are many of you who also write me through the chat, and in the daily work perhaps I have not had the time to address all those concerns. So, why not go that extra mile that God always demands of us: graces of grace what grace have we received?
My mind is like a volcano erupting, when it comes to doing things for the service of God. Two nights ago, I was asking God, what can I do to help people? to which he replied he only spends time and is the greatest gift you can give. It is true that there is much need in the world, but the greatest need is to restore hearts through the love of Christ, teach people that today God loves, yearns for them, wants them to return home, tell him that the Father continues to love them, no matter the past, the only mistakes he loves. Today faith, hope and love remain but the greatest of all is Love.
Help them grow as a person, as a leader and in faith with God. I do not move out of necessity but by faith. My children today feel lonely, like sheep that have no shepherd, some cry, despair, and need to be heard.
Communication is one of the most important skills that every leader must learn and master, it depends to a great extent on the success of your work or your company. Assertive communication such as public speaking or public speaking are essential elements any type of leadership.

An apostle is someone with a mission, a commission from God to carry out a specific purpose, in a specific place and with the authority of the King. The word apostle means sent. There is no such thing as being an apostle without being sent, without going out and executing a mission. If you are not sent, you are not an apostle.
The apostle John Eckhardt says it this way: "There are those who think that a person has to be perfect and infallible to walk in the call of an apostle, but we must realize that all the gifts of the ministry are gifts of grace. They are given for thanks and are not earned. You have them or you do not have them. Paul recognized that he was not worthy to be called an apostle, and he was worthy of it by the grace of God. "
One must think of the apostles as ambassadors, Bill Hamon, author of Apostles, Prophets and the Coming Moves of God (Apostles, prophets and the coming divine movements), see this clearly. He says: "The basic meaning of the root (of an apostle) is" one sent as representative of another ", with the power and authority of the representative proceeding from the one who sends it. They are like ambassadors representing a country. "
It is important to remember that the apostles are human beings. They have their good days and bad days, because they have no divine nature, they can make many mistakes. I remember hearing John Kelly say: "Some people think that the apostles shine in the dark. It is not like this!".
What we should have is a willing heart to help, that is my desire,

It is really fabulous that, when someone is very overwhelmed with their day to day, put the brake on their obligations to spend time with us or know something of our lives. These are moments worth treasuring because they are shared with people who give us their affection and their desire to speak the language of emotional accompaniment. What a great initiative @darlenys that speaks of your desire and gift of service, you have the characteristics of a true Apostle:
He has the divine grace to suffer, to persevere and the patience to build.
He has a Father's heart, adopts churches, spiritual children and begets spiritual children.
They are wise building masters of the Kingdom of God, they are the ones who receive the designs.
Proclaim and demonstrate the Word with miracles, healings and prodigies.
Abundant and remarkable in fruits.
In the building of churches in the city.
Establishment and planting of churches are quickly multiplied with power and are of great influence in the city.
They teach and have new revelations to build the church, they have the grace to touch politicians, presidents and entrepreneurs.
They receive an abundance of revelation from God, they have access to the revelation of God, to his mysteries.
Ephesians 3: 3 "that by revelation the mystery was declared to me, as I have written it briefly before,"
They always have a fresh Word. Activate the believers.
They operate in a government unit.
They are powerful spiritual and courageous warriors.

The authority of the apostolate was of a spiritual, ethical and personal kind. It was not official, and in the nature of the case could not be transmitted to others. There is no sign that the apostles collectively exercised a separate and autocratic authority. When the question of the observance of the Mosaic ritual by GentileChristians arose at Antioch and was referred to Jerusalem, it was "the apostles and elders" who met to discuss it ( Acts 15:2,6,22 ), and the letter returned to Antioch was written in the name of "the apostles and the elders, brethren" ( Acts 15:23 ).

Thanks for sharing @steemchurch communication is a virtue that must be deeply engrafted into the very souls of all and sundry of steemchurch.
Without communication there is going to be a lot of disunity among people owing to the fact that the solution to disagreements lies in the mutual communication with information wired out.
@sirknight is a good man and he indeed needs all our support because he is human too.
We all need someone to lean on and share our challenges with at different times of our lives.
Life can be though if you are going through it alone.

So, anyone with a ministry is an apostle? Trying to get a handle on how you folks use this term.
Jesus Christ, when he left, handed over to the Church five ministries through the Holy Spirit, because she would do greater works than those he did (John 14:12) therefore, just as Jesus evangelized, Pastored, prophesied and taught the people of Israel, likewise God raises men and women to perform this same task in our time. The mission of the ministries is to tear down, uproot, destroy and overthrow all work of darkness in our lives, and then build and build on Jesus Christ the true cornerstone.
The Apostolic Ministry: comes from the Greek apostolos, which means one who is sent to fulfill a commission. The Apostolate has certain characteristics that make the pastoral ministry a mission.
