Patience is defined as the ability to endure difficult circumstances such as waiting/perseverance in the face of delay; tolerating provocation without responding in annoyance/anger; or exhibiting forbearance when hard times are in occurance.

In otherwards patience is the capacity to accept or tolerate delay, problems, or suffering without becoming annoyed or anxious.

For in our lives as Christians, patience has to be paramount in our lives, because in all ways we have to face tests and trials that prove us to be worthy for the testmony.

Romans 8:28 says, and we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are called according to His purpose.
This implies that things that happen in our lives as the children of God it works all together for our good. This implies that patience has to be found in us as a result of having faith and trusting our Almighty God

Hebrews 10:36 says, For you have need of patience, that after you have done the will of God, you might receive the promise. For this brings out one way of how God works, that He works into our lives when we do His will, and in most cases His will is ever opposite to ours and doing His will is painful and eduring, showing commited love to Him but not just His miracles. And without patience there is no how you can do God's will.

A moment of patience in a moment of Anger saves a lot of regrets. Patience shouldn't be not only on situations, but we ought also to be patient to our neighbors and enemies as well as praying for them to change and God to bless them.

In all wrapped in one, patience to Christians should be an exercise of letting everything to God being the supreme, believing on Him for salvation and trusting Him for Change, and then rest in Him regardless the affliction around you.
