God created every individual with one talent or the other, He even gave some multiple talent. The world can never be equal though, where all fingers aren't equal, every one does not have same height, no equal wealth.
For your talent to be a reality, you need to manifest with it by first of all acknowledging and knowing what talent you possess, then working on it by knowing the diverse ways in which you can make good funds from it. Talent is a natural endowment possessed by every living individual.
Many people make mistakes of the difference between talent and skills, skill is a knowledge acquired through training. Let's take the three servants that where given talents by their master in the Bible, the first one was given 5 talents, the second was given 2 talents and the last one was given 1 talent. We know the story of how the first two invested and multiplied the talents they where given, while the last one went and hid his own. Get this, once you hide your talent, it will definitely hide you where you now become a shadow of another.
Have you discovered your talent?, if you have discovered it, have you started working on it and with it? Greatness never comes by just lying down on your couch and playing games. You work towards greatness, no great man just slept and became great.
Let me shed some light on this, having a skill is also a good thing, if you know that discovering your talent is hard and you have a skill learnt, then you can also use your learnt skill to pave way for yourself.

God never created us empty, He equipped us with what we will need to live and to be recognised here on earth. A person who has not yet discovered what he is capable of doing will always move about aimlessly and without focus.
Whatever you love to do and do it so easily is what God has given you, using it really make us stand out.

Thanks for throwing more light on the difference between skills and talents. Talents a born with with going through any training. Different peoples have different talents. To discover your full talent always needs a guidance from the Holy Spirit.
Sometimes people find it very difficult to discover their talents, just Like you said, every human being is born with a particular talent, it only stays hidden within us, because we have not channeled our resources our time and prayers in other to discover talent, sometimes it manifests differently sometimes in many other ways, the sooner we discover it, the faster we reach our potentials.

One of the ways in which we can discover our talent is Ask them/people around us to ignore your/our bad habits and have them share the one or two things that they think you are hands down most talented at. Ask a lot of people who know you, but always ask them one-on-one. Compile the results and there is your hidden talent
