Greetings to the #steemchurch and everyone. Today, I will be sharing a topic that will uplift our hearts.
Most times, as humans with feelings and emotions, we are usually caught up in fretting or worrying over things we cannot control which is normal, but God wants us to cast all our cares upon Him because He cares for us
1 Peter 5:7
Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you.

We don't have to be bowed down with worries and cares. God wil bear them for us. God's love is beyond human understanding, He does not want us to have the troubles that comes with worrying over things He can easily handle such as headaches, trembling, heart palpitations. All these are the physical symptoms of anxiety.
Just as a caring father wouldn't want his child worry about anything, God doesn't want us to be worried about anything.
Matthew 6:25-34
“Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes?
26 Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?
27 Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life?
28 “And why do you worry about clothes? See how the flowers of the field grow. They do not labor or spin.
29 Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these.
30 If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you—you of little faith?
31 So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’
32 For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them.
33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.
34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
In Matthew 6:25-34, Jesus gives a short sermon on how to let go of anxiety. Some of the lessons taught in this are;
1 Do not value possession enough to worry about them
2 Anxiety does no good
3 God promises to provide
4 Life is more important than details
5 Vanity is fruitless
6 God is love
The peace of God which passes all human understanding will rule our hearts if only we make our request known to Him through prayers and supplications with thanksgiving. In the midst of difficulties, He wants us to enjoy peace by talking to Him. He doesn't want us to live a restless life.
The bible says we've been given the spirit of boldness which is the opposite of fear or anxiety. God has taken out the spirit of fear and replaced it with boldness and courage through Christ Jesus.
In case, you're wondering how not to worry over life issues. Here are five ways to cast your cares;
1 Humbling yourself: Casting our worries on Him is practically humbling ourselves.
Humility in this context is not being too proud to ask for help from God. It means admitting you can't handle those issues and handling them over to God to deal with it.
Luke 14:11
For those who exalt themselves will be humbled, and those who humble themselves will be exalted."
2 By Prayer: Now, casting your worries and anxieties requires you ask for help. Asking Him means praying and talking to Him about it. Telling Him to take charge of those worries.

Yes, God sees all things and knows all we pass through, but most times, He wants us to talk to Him just like our earthly father would want us to tell him of our worries.
1 John 5:14
And we are confident that he hears us whenever we ask for anything that pleases him.
3 Supplications: Supplication is having the attitude and spirit of prayer. Bowing down to God and crying out to Him for an answer. Supplication is submitting to God's will and authority.
Psalm 30:8
I cried out to you, O LORD. I begged the Lord for mercy, saying,
4 Thanksgiving: Thanksgiving is all about focusing on God's blessings rather than our troubles. Instead of focusing on those worries by listing all the things we don't have, count your blessings money cannot buy. Showing gratitude for those little blessings goes a long way to human and God. It's important we say "Thank you Lord" and appreciate Him for all He has done for us.
Philippians 4:6-7
Don't worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.
7 Then you will experience God's peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.
In Conclusion,
Why do you trouble your peace and sweet head? Why not try and hand it over to God? Do you think, your worries are bigger than God?
It doesn't matter, how big you think they are. What matters is, how big and willing God is ready to help you. He loves you so much and doesn't want you to worry.
David, a man after God's own heart says in Psalm 37:25
Once I was young, and now I am old. Yet I have never seen the godly abandoned or their children begging for bread.
We are privileged to have a loving heavenly father. We have to show that will appreciate him by approaching him with our difficulties, he will definitely help us.

God is willing and able to take care of all cares. He even mentions that if we cannot throw our burdens to him, we can roll them (figuratively speaking). Thanks for sharing.

His love is perfect and everything we need he is the lord if love.
The lord has been our look up every time .
he has already known the look of the earth before he created it.
He The lord before he created the sun, Mon ,plants,waters , earth and man has already been away of everything that he was about to created ,
He was a perfect God he never makes mistakes and nrve was he afraid of what will happen tomorrow , he knew that the earth and heaven will be crated by him and his reasons.
Therefore as Christians we shaoulf always remember that God knows everything in our heart and the reason he created us.
His word is all we need to survive in life and all we need to inherit the kingdom of God.
It contains all the secret to success .
For everything we do or hear should be reflected by Gods word, our life should be of God.
The purpose of Christ coming was fulfilled and was noticed by people who took all they have and all their time to work with the Lord through his word
Paul through his ministry was able to accomplish various task and he made himself a good example if a right fellow .
Do not allow your heart to control how you reason about God and do not allow the work of the devil to manipulate the plans God have for you.
The evidence as establish by the lord passed to his evangelist and his desciples was whatvwe have been believing .

If only all believers of God will come to understand the kind of love God has for us there will be no need for worry. God really cares about us and doesn't expect us to worry, any time I'm getting worried I will remember what the Lord said and encourage my self:
Therefore take no thought saying what you shall eat or what you shall drink; nor yet for your body, what you shall put on. Is not life more than food, and the body than clothing? Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much better than they? Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature? And why take you thought for clothing? Worry and anxiety is an absent of faith in God and His ability.
He cares about us even more than ourselves.
He knows the way out to any problem or challenges that is why He asked us to cast all our cares on Him that is able to do all things.
He is God that is able to turn things around for us it is our responsibility to depend on him totally

God said is there anyone who trust in me and I have failed him,,? If a man can trust a fellow of his worries then why the Father. We must come before him and submit all our burdens we can't do on our own and he will assist and open doors for us. The Bible said we should knock and he will open us, we should seek and we will find and we should ask and he will do it for that says the Lord.

A promise was given to Jesus’ disciples: “But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.” Matthew 6:33.
It’s also written that our heavenly Father knows what we need. He knows. Doubting is just like declaring that God is blind and incapable. But our heavenly Father isn’t blind or senile. He pays close attention. In fact, He has numbered every hair on our head. You can be rest assured: He has numbered every dollar or euro you own, right down to the last cent. He knows exactly how much you need for tomorrow, the day after tomorrow, and for the next 10 years! God knows everything and takes care of everything.
He promised not to let a situation above us one to us. And He added that we should seek the kingdom first, and wait for other things to be added. There has never been a time worries solved a problem. So why worry?

I wish every believer will see the beauty and how God is speaking to us in this post .Most Christian carry burdens on their shoulder thinking their calculated plans can help .No unless we cast them on Jesus because He has the power to make us free

When you cast all your cares upon him he will care for you bearing all the responsibility of taking full control of your well-being.
Pray without ceasing, by praying, we are telling God we want and need him to take charge. Ask and it shall be given to you, seek and you shall find, knock and it shall be opened, the Lord says. Ask him for his interference and he would be there to guide you.
And He's ever ready to guide us. All we need to do is just ask.

Truly no matter how big our troubles and worries are, if we turn them over to God he will help us to overcome them, nothing is too big or small for God to do you just have to trust him and turn over all ur worries to him and all will be well.

The bible in Psalm 55: 22 says that you should cast all your cares upon God, and he will sustain you and you shall not be shaken. Pray without ceasing, by praying, we are telling God we want and need him to take charge. Ask and it shall be given to you, seek and you shall find, knock and it shall be opened, the Lord says. Ask him for his interference and he would be there to guide you. Open your hearts today to God for intervention and your challenges would be handled.

By faith in God’s Word, entire mountains of anxiety can be toppled and cast into the depths of the sea. How much anxiety will be left when you receive a living hope in Romans 8:28? “And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.”
Then all clouds of anxiety disappear, and the Sun of Righteousness arises with healing in His wings. (Malachi 4:2) Anxiety makes us old before our time; it is the cause of stomach ulcers and heartburn. It leads to fatigue and unrest over laughable insignificant matters.
Dump it on God's feet and he'll take care of it.
Drop it at His feet & surely He will pick it up.
