Steemit have so much more untapped power and features than we could imagine, and is potentially just so much more than just posting contents, upvoting content and raking in money,

What can we do?

We can fund support and develop projects in any thinkable field; all field irrespective of discipline.
We as a digital community have tools in hands here to create real lasting change on a free platform unencumbered by the greedy and corrupt powers that rule our nations.

It is up to us, we can do a lot more here, start project and creation at this time,to empower people .
Don’t be lured in by the superficially shiny and ruin this platform with our greed,
Don't be lured by the politics ongoing within the platform.

Don't become too engulfed in the money making venture that you refuse to touch lives. lets change the world for the better with it and make money while doing so ,

How to do it

Most of us, if not all, has drifted and deviated from our niche in a bid to find what would encourage us to stay for the community, yes I know that we all need the monetary feature to keep pushing.
But here is what I think we should do.

• Return to base:
  Every once in a while,perhaps once in two days, you should try your niche, revisit your passion, those of us that are poet but have become something else, try writing a poem again, those of us who are story writer or dancers,should try telling a story and dance Again,just for the sake of doing it.

• Love your niche:
  Mostly the majority will say their niche doesn't pay,perhaps this is a yes!
  But who would love and pay for what you do not love, you have to pour out love into your passion for others to do the same, slowly and eventually, everyone will see what you see.

• Build:
  I recently watched a friend who goes to the gym everyday throughout last semester become a sack of sloppy flesh this semester,
  From Grace to grass, why?
  He stopped building, he stopped trying.
  Find a way to continually learn again what you've learnt, it would help keep you abreast for he who stops learning starts dying.
  Do not live on past glory.

• The Midas touch :
  This is the most beautiful and amazing part, if everyone can find something that will touch the next person in a positive way, that would inspire, that would help and push someone.
  Then we would have eventually built the Midas touch, turning the steembees hive to a hive of gold.
  It could be a project, a tutorial or whatever.
