You're strolling through the Splinterlands and you notice a peculiar vehicle out in the distance. On approach, an unpleasant smell fills the air around you and the sound of a chugging engine begins to amplify.

Your curiosity gets the better of you.

Gusts of wind lift sand off the ground which obscure your vision as you move forward. You raise your arm to your face and vaguely identify the outline of the vehicle in front of you.

As you step closer to the vehicle, the sands fall and reveal the figure of a wagon. It appears to hold goods. You can't quite place the dreadful smell in the air and the ever-increasing din of the engine starts to pain your ears.

A card shines from the inside of a cabinet that's built into the side of the wagon. The sun beams through the glass and reflects off the front of the cards cover.

The Elemental Phoenix! Finally!

The wagon appears to be un-manned. You take a quick glance into the wagon before slyly reaching over the counter to access the contents of the cabinet. Your fingertips graze the side of the fighter card as you struggle out-stretched across the counter. Your heart freezes in place, as what feels like cold metal grazes against your throat. Moist air hits your earlobe and you hear the words;

"And what do you think you're doing? You best have some coins in your pocket, or this dagger of mine is going to get dirty"

The tip of the dagger gently scratches your neck as your head turns to witness the blurred figure in the shadows of the wagon. The knife quickly retracts as he shoves you back over the counter. He grunts and takes out a card from the case, holding it out in front of you.

"You look with your eyes, not your hands, meatbag! Now show your coins, or else."

There's a variety of trinkets on top of the front counter, all marked with varying prices. A battered book to the right of the assortment catches your attention. The cover is torn and the pages look stained.
