We lease delegation through the MinnowBooster market. Members need to either delegate to us directly (and receive bonus shares, but no payments from minnowbooster for the delegation) or indirectly through MB market (receiving payments from @minnowbooster, but not bonus shares).

Delegating through both makes tracking very difficult, and no bonus shares would be granted.
