Haha to pick one of the 2 is difficult I like fantasy spooky sounding music Aidana Medenova - Sweet Voice hits that, club music is also a favourite of mine and Kamshat Zholdabaeva & Mirbek Atabekov - Listen to Me as got that, I preferred Crystalz - Sen Sulu to Madmen - Lalalem I didn't think much of that one "sorry guys" but saying that I didn't think much of Ziruza - S.O.S. the lyrics seemed abit cliche, I found Jah Khalib - Medina to the better one of the 3 songs, so I will go with Mirbek Atabekov - Impac
Not only is the song really beautiful but the art work in the video is fantastic really takes you back to some older anime and ancient times also the darker artwork is not something you see often.
Thanks for your entry. Mirbek is an excellent singer! I hadn't heard any of his music before Tynda Meni.
I really liked Jah Khalib - Medina but I think this track is even better -
Кәмшат Жолдыбаева is not only beautiful but a very good artist. This song is "My favorite"
I listen to it and my wife feels the need to dance;)
I like a bit of Bollywood myself: will post about my favourites. Kamshat does a few other cultural songs. In the West such things would be excoriated as cultural appropriation, rather than the homage that they are. Exhibit A is her track Бірге / Birge / Together. Gotta love Сүйіктім / Seeyiktim for its positive energy.

I was a little bit undecided between Ziruza - S.O.S. and Crystalz - Sen Sulu, but when I searched for more songs of both, I think I have to say Ziruza conquered me with this very catchy songs.
I don´t know very well what catches me so much, compared with the other songs, I guess I like the beat a lot.
But without a doubt I loved the choreography on Ziruza - S.O.S. video clip.
This was the first Ziruza song that got my attention. It's just a lovely sounding. It's perfectly aimed at 14 year olds - I might find the 14 year olds frustrating as people but for some reason I really like their music because it is always so fresh. I think I know why - there's good research to suggest that this is age at which adult music preferences form so it's a good target for new and interesting music if you want to build a loyal fandom for a long music career (that's my theory). Anyways. I have another theory .... that Kian/Onai is part of a three part story....
Though, from debates online via google translate, it seems that many don't think Ayt Endi belongs in that storyline. What do you think?
"fresh", exactly the word I was looking for!
I think all those 3 songs are related to the same situation, but who knows for sure? Adolescence (teen age) is a very complicated stage of life and very messed up.
Ziruza is a great artist. I really like his theme "Queen" and of course, S.O.S. His themes convey much joy, much celebration. to hear with your friends.
Queen is a fun track. It sounds maybe to empty a mix for today's tastes but the producers layered over a lot of vocals. Good for driving to. Oh and dancing.
Jah Khalib is super talented, I like to listen to him.
Jah Khalib - Созвездие ангела, I recommend it to you. The rhythm, the lyrics, everything is excellent.
Thanks for your entry! I'd heard this song before but never paid it much attention. Jah Khalid makes solid tracks alright - I love how he uses a lot of acoustic instruments.
I like Jah Khalib - Medina the most. Even I don't unterstand the lycris ( Thanks for posting a link to a translation) the song has somethin special. Especially if you watch the video will listening.
Never heard of this artist before, so I listened to more songs from him.
My favourite was: Jah Khalib - Лейла | Премьера Клипа
Thanks for your entry. Jah Khalb puts out good solid songs. Certainly songs designed for longeivty because they have a lot of musical cross-reference.

I will go with ziruza bala and kesh.
You really like music.
Heh, seems you quite like Ziruza. She's good. Yes, I really do like music - from all over the world. Feel free to recommend something interesting. Thanks for your entry.
My favourite is Jah Khalib. I like his voice and the music he produces, sounds good to me.
Thanks for your entry. That's an excellent song.
I love ZIRUZA - S.O.S. The energy that transmits is very good. I listen to her and it's impossible not to dance hahaha
Glad you like the Ziruza song, is there another by her that you like too?
Ayt Endi
I love it!Nice. I love the video and also it's a great song to throw a car through some corners too. :)
Hi @eturnerx
I like Crystalz - Сен Сулу . It's not the best of songs but something about four girls coming together intrigues me. I like it when women worked together.
So I listened to the song. The more I did, the more I liked it. I couldn't figure out the lyrics though
I found another one
This one sounded like Rhianna at first (and I love Rhianna!!! 😍)
I still don't understand the lyrics but I love the production.
I don't speak Kazakh, but starting to pick up some basics. The song name means "Why me?" And the repeated lyric "Aitshi sen" means "You tell me". I think you perfectly described why I like CrystalZ - production is really really good and their songs grow on me. I see what you mean about a Rihana vibe. Thanks for the entry.
As a quick followup, @mfunbee, if you like the girl bands then a few other tracks dropped during this time period that are really good too. I was considering including them in this post but went for a bit of variety. The tracks are:
JUZIM - Tańdaý Juzim means grapes. The group has six members. The final movement of the song has stabby horns :)
Ozge - Ертегідей / Ertegidey Happier vibes - make of my other choices have been intense. I found this one a bit boring, but it is slickly produced and better for when you're in lighter moods.
I don't listen to much about Q-pop music, I have listened to all your video and found that ziruza is my favorite, listen to the music is like a joyful party and celebration, very delightful. thank you!
Glad you enjoyed the songs. Are there any other Ziruza songs that you like?
queen is also a very lovely song. https://v.youku.com/v_show/id_XMzc4NzM0NTQwOA==.html

Hi
Hey! Thanks for stopping by. I'm glad you're enjoying the music. SOS is a distress code. It comes from Morse code where S is three short flashes and O is three long flashes. Though if you can't remember that, three blasts of a whistle, shots of a gun or flashes of a light, and a pause then repeat is probably going to attract attention.
I think the three songs you picked will have the longest shelf-life. I predict the other's will become dated soon enough - except for young teens where such songs mark their passage out of childhood.
I like the song you posted; I didn't know that much about Mirbek Atabekov but his is great in his own right!
SOS does not stand for anything. Though many think so, SOS does not stand for 'save our souls' or 'save our ship'. SOS actually doesn't stand for anything at all. SOS was chosen purely because it could be very easily transmitted in Morse code during a crisis.
