Remember life is short there is no reason to let anyone treat you less then what your worth and take advantage of you. No job is worth being unhappy for. Im not one to stay and be miserable and underpaid.
Exactly! I would recommend telling your boss exactly that! Just tell him how much you love your job and that you are passionate about it but still feel you earned a raise. And if he still says no maybe really search for another job. You owe him nothing!

Oh she knows, she got me to her dealership because of the same reason with a different dealership. I told her what the last manager was doing and underpaying and she said we will do you better. Smh ..only when i gave my two week notice did my old boss offer me more money, but like a fool i went to Ford thinking " ill get that pay soon, but with less shit" boy was i wrong haha. So the search starts and when I find something better ill give my notice.
