Narrowing down one favourite animal is quite difficult, but a few years ago, I was fortunate enough to be able to take my wife on a Tiger experience for her birthday.

It entailed being able to walk around Dreamworld themepark before it opened, while Mohan the white Tiger got his morning exercise. There is something special about giving a 180kg Tiger a firm smack on the rump as it walks with you. I have been in awe of these creatures ever since.
