I had to look this up to see what it is @braaiboy and it is "sirloin cap" in the U.S, which I still never heard of. But yes, it looks wonderful and I am hungry now and I wish it was here at my desk. I would make short work of it :)

Yeah, I also only learnt about this cut a few years ago... it's not all that common here in South Africa... it's typically part of a rump when our butchers do it over here.
