Good morning my fellow Steemians, haven studied and understood the rules and regulations of steemit I decided to suggest that there is a need to recover lost or misplaced password button due to the following reasons.

First and foremost, the long and tricky nature of the generated password given to new users makes someone feel as if there will be an option to change the password to a convenient when you login. It's quite unfortunate there is no option to change the password to something one could prefer.

Secondly, the best place to actually save the long password is one's mail, some persons may misplace their email password and then getting steemit password from the mail will become difficult. Take for instance, I recently lost my first yahoomail password after my phone was stolen because I saved the password of my email in a diary in my fone.

Thirdly, a friend of mine who thought that the change password button was meant to change the original password to a convenient one that he could remember tried to change his password and then had to regenerate a new password after realizing that he could not input his own password. Now he tried to log in with the newly regenerated password but what he is seeing is password incorrect. The unfortunate thing is that the first password given to him has been deleted from where he saved it since he already have a new one.

There are so many reasons that I could think of to buttress my point but I think I shouldn't press it too hard since it's the choice of the developers. I believe they have their own reasons for not making that available but am still appealing that they reconsider. It will be hurtful if someone with a reputation of 70+ with a heavy steem dollars misplaces his or her password out of an unknown or unavoidable circumstances.

All thanks to the developers and some other prominent steemians who will read this post and give it some consideration.
