if you get an error always try again. If that doesn't help take a screenshot and join the SteemFollower Discord channel.

Just vote as you would have else and the points is just a bonus. I've used the platform for many months now and only a few times has my points not been recorded so I wouldn't worry about it. It adds great value for you especially if you have some more Steem Power! :)

You can search for author. If you don't get points first time upvoting just try to push upvote again and it should work 99,9% times...
if the second time does not work, I will always call it a scam
