People who have a lot of SP are often supporting people that are either powering down or exchanging stewm for fiat.

It is demotivating to people who see themselves in a long term here and also, it doesn't make sense to support them that much if we need steem to be in our ecosystem, not sold asap.

I am agreeing with a lot of things you said here but as details are changing the direction of our journey then we should think about them.
