This must be joke of an article... the 99.99999 % of the public, ie practically everyone who was not an inventor / direct contributor to the Steem project on an ideological level, will not be comfortable playing these dilution / interest games... It looks like deliberately convoluted way of robbing outside investors of their equity.
The only way to make money on Steem consistently is to play these ping pong games of power up / power down, which exposes the mildly interested outside investor to very unfair risk, that he may not even be aware of at the time of buying into the Steem project. Very promising project, poor execution.
