I checked Github about an hour ago and it is absolutely swamped with reports and requests. There's a serious lack on manpower in the coding side of Steemit right now and people are doing their best to keep up. Given the platform's current rate of growth it's getting harder every day to keep up with all that's going on.
The next Hard Fork should be fully rolled out in less than 24 hours to address some of the more major issues problems (like the POW shortcut that is a huge problem right now) but there's only so much a small group of coders can write when there's so few people actually coding.
If all goes well I'm going to free up some time to help out in the coming days, because some of the fixes would be easy and quick but simply have to wait right now due to a lack of manpower.
