We're here to take over, baby!! I enjoyed writing this post :) I very rarely visit my FB profile nowadays. It is toxic on there so you ain't missing much. lol. How's things going in the big-truck? If ever you need any advice about fixing it, I am a fully trained HGV mechanic and I would be more than glad to help. I get the feeling that you have this covered though.

ah thank you, thinking we need to get the engine re conditioned, or a new one, she over heats and loses power especially if going up hill. Think it's the head caskets? trying to get the finances together to get her back on the road, but so many other things keep coming up, going to Ireland to visit family hopefully, so that put a pause in things, but so glad I found steemit, can actually have an income to make these things happen x

Well if you come through Nottingham on the way, I will fix it for free for you and you would be welcome to stay, of coarse. Would love to help and give something back, so that offer always stands. Does sound like head-gasket troubles. Look for white custard like substance in your radiator tank and if you can access any of the water pipes, then you can check to see if they are pressurising. Just run the engine for 10/15mins and give rubber water hoses a squeeze. If they feel like a balloon then that means air that is squeezed by the pistons, is being transferred through to the water system that surrounds the pistons. You lose air, you loose power. BTW WEAR GLOVES BEFORE YOU TOUCH THE PIPES!! ;)
