well, i just went thru ur blog, and u have some interesting posts....one thing i noticed tho-u dont have any steem power apart from the one that was delegated to u whn u opened ur account....u need to do better than that @trincowski .....buy some steem and power up! secondly as a newbie, its advisable if u set out some funds to promote ur best blog posts, u can use the bidbots; this would give ur posts more visibility and hopefully u get some followers, maybe some whales or dolphins to upvote ur work once in a while....lastly, from my little experience here, u need to cultivate personal relationships by joining forums on discord and also making meaningful contributions to the work of others....i hope this info helps u out a lil.cheers

Hey, looks like you're in a similar place to me...fairly new, no audience. That's the key - your audience. You've got to do something to attract more people to your profile. Commenting can get you noticed, but not by asking to be noticed...you've got to try and add to the conversation.
I'm expecting a slow, hard grind, but I'm hoping that as time passes, I'll start to get some traction and it'll grow quicker. It's always the same way, starting on any social network - you need attention. Getting involved within the community you want to attract will help - find people with the same interests as you.

Yes, that's what I'm trying to do... I guess I need to keep doing my thing, be patient and wait.
Maybe start with commenting on the content of the post. A nice post comment will not get you anywhere on Steemit!
