Indeed, limiting the amount of posts per day wouldn't be a smart move, since there apps like Zappls, D.tube and so on. Plus, there will definitely be more apps coming in. So having only 4 posts is not going to solve anything. Also, you could just create multiple accounts and post more than 4 times a day while upvoting yourself.
