yes - but this is actually just a bug from booster because they aren't providing a bid-api like smartsteem. So bottracker has to fetch the bids from the history. And with it they are still tracking the refunded posts.

I just found this part of steemit a couple of days ago and I've been doing good with it (I think). But that booster one is a big loss time after time and I do not plan to use it.
